Til I remembered that I'm a #dvsurvivor because there's an alternative.
My ex could have killed me. He had my life in his hands.

Today we witnessed Zelensky, a true hero take down Trump, Vance and their cronies. He didn't cave like Rubio and GOP. He is a man of conviction and fights for his people. If only the US had such a leader.

Whenever someone tells me their favourite historical era/subject is ww2, i just get the vibe that they're a white supremacist.

Last night, I found something my ex had bought me and hidden high up on a shelf in a cupboard we never used.
It's shaken me.
But it's also a relief to know I hadn't invented the version of him that was good and did kind things.
