Great job, Prince! Love how you are already thinking ahead about real patient care. Nutrition is powerful, and small steps lead to big changes over time. Patients are going to be lucky to have you guiding them! #beh353 @beh353.bsky.social

Love that Prince! Avocado toast and smoothies are clutch, simple, energizing, and packed with nutrients. I’m all about those spinach packed meals too. Finals fuel that actually tastes good and keeps the brain running strong all week long! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

Absolutely agree, Monica. Tom’s honesty shows how real the struggle is—it's not just about willpower, it’s about support. As future providers, our empathy can make all the difference in helping patients feel safe enough to open up and stay on track.

Hello Prince, great job! I also learned that obesity is influenced by factors beyond diet and exercise, like genetics and environment. Like you, I'll approach it with more empathy and understanding, focusing on holistic health, not just weight. Keep up the great work!

I agree, Prince. One barrier I relate to is the "cheapness of unhealthy vs. healthy food." Healthy options are more expensive than fast food, making it hard to eat well on a budget. A salad costs more than a burger, so I often go for the cheaper, less healthy choice.

Prince, great response! This article is amazing because it stresses getting Vitamin D, B12, and magnesium from whole foods instead of supplements. A balanced diet with fruits, veggies, grains, and proteins ensures better absorption and long-term health. Great job!

Love the Harvard Healthy Eating Plate! It's such a great, simple way to focus on balance in meals. The emphasis on whole grains and lean protein is key for keeping energy up and staying healthy. Thanks for sharing, Prince!
