Can't emphasize the value of muting or blocking enough. Yes even if the blockee might declare a blood feud over being blocked; those especially should be blocked imo.

The thing about Amazon is that, outside of bookish spaces, people genuinely think it's a big deal to have your book on there. So many relatives or friends of family has proudly stated "I found your book on Amazon!" to me, unaware of the harm the company does to the industry and indie booksellers.
