I genuinely wonder how much Ishin's (still heavily Osaka based) electorate would feel if it became an appendage of the LDP as Komeito was.
In a Facebook post, Kono Taro throws some shade on news coverage describing the LDP's partnership with Ishin as a coalition, stating matter of factly that since the cabinet is an instrument for collective responsibility, and Ishin is not in the cabinet, it's not a coalition.
