It’s time to say goodbye to my home of the last 2 years. I’ve made some lovely memories here in the DMV and I’m really going to miss all the friends I’ve made! Looking forward to my time in London, and hopefully to returning someday soon.

I recently started doing BJJ given the rise in violence against LGBTQ+ people like me, but also to improve and work on myself. It was a big step for me personally and after a few months of intro classes I’m happy to get my first Gi. Thanks to all those who encouraged me, wouldn’t be here without it.
