This is housing that has historically been missing in this country. A middle ground between the 300 square foot unit 50 storeys up, and the 6,000 square foot house out in the suburbs.

I seem to recall spiking past it but are still averaging below (maybe around 1.3?)
Still, given the incoming President, it's tough to imagine we won't blow past 1.5.
