I was going to point this out but add the caveat that it clearly proves your point, because in my experience any time you mention “removed” you have to explain exactly what that means, and in the end absolutely no one cares besides the pedants (I am a pedant)

(But if this happens it is more likely the presidency continues on its decades long trajectory of amassing more and more power not granted by the constitution)

My dream is a 2029 Dem POTUS pulls reverse abuses - goes after rtwng unis/firms/fed agencies/govs - while pushing bills that (a) ban POTUS from using those powers and (b) reverse or provide restitution for Trump abuses. Basically say “if this was abuse then that was abuse, so let’s stop it together”
