Enough "fighting fair", every blue state needs to maximize representation in house and senate so stuff like this stops. That means redrawing districts like they are doing in TX. When Republicans begin to act responsibly again they can have their votes back. NY and CA, go for it!

New at this, sorry for any confusion. Glad to explain my thinking. Simply, wealthy people would rather loan money to government than pay for the protection they enjoy in the growth of their wealth. Our society is the source of that wealth. All of us provide the growth in wealth they enjoy.
