They all have a high percentage of English speakers compared to some other European countries, which is the main concern for US people I'd say. I am biased, but I'm a big fan - enjoyed it more than NZ and Italy so far.

Lithuania has a 2 year (renewable) visa you can get as a US citizen without needing a job, application costs less than 200USD. Pretty good way to get into Europe.

It's a shame there's too much firing of people to have anyone sorting out website bugs like this. :(

It's a 503 rather than a 404, which suggests the page exists, but it's not accessible. Maybe it's mistakenly blocking users, and thinks a link with a fbclid is more likely to be a legitimate user? Really unusual workaround. And yeah, they'll need to make that error page consistent, nice spotting.

That's super weird. So your link with the Facebook tracker (fbclid) in the URL works, but the original one doesn't! It shows up in the website search, but then clicking on it gives an error.

Hadn't heard of this before, breaks my heart. I had wondered why there wasn't that much rail in NZ. Guess that explains a bit.

It's strange, because NZ was the country that was one that came up with the generational ban first. It's being scrapped now though, because the new conservative govt likes deregulation in general. I definitely noticed how much more smoking amongst young people there is on the EU when I first moved.
