Thing is, all the news reports got the neighborhood wrong. Its solidly in Little Italy ( or, if you want to be upscale, “Nolita”). Correction: the NY Times did identify it as Nolita.

It boggles my mind that people who supposedly know New York don’t know this.

My thought was to go to the section in Amazon where we can ask about the product and ask what portion of the price is due to tariffs. It may not get answered, but the question remains out there for people to see.

I posted it in a local NextDoor Neighbor and it got tons of responses before it was removed as “non-local topic”. Some people even asked if it was available in poster form . Its a great piece of protest graphics!!

The problem is, they don’t. People who like a daddy figure at the top just love Cuomo. They explain away all the sexual misconduct allegations as coming from scheming women, which also serves to explain away the State AG’s report because, of course, scheming woman.

Of course there’s a strategy. He’s testing to see which senators will side with him, and how far he can push things unilaterally. That is, how soon he can neuter the senate and consolidate his power. Freakish noms like Gaetz and Patel normalize all the ones that will go through.
