Been a bit for a fun rando play on the turntable. I’m partial to Ruthym of the Saints, but I love this track from Graceland. The harmonies are beautiful.

Maybe it’s a Philly thing, but the Philly Sound always feels like a warm hug. I was too young to catch Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes live. Never saw Teddy in particular until after his accident. Vinyl gives me a chance to stop and realize the impact music has on me. Love that Discogs chose Hooked on Classics II.
