Nearly all my neighbors have SNAP or some government assistance. I didn't understand generational poverty until I moved here. My neighbor across the street dumpster dives and sells stuff from his front yard. Every couple of weeks he brings me these from a dumpster. I am worried for my neighbors. ♥️

I cannot attend #NoKings today. Saying a prayer and sending good vibes for safety and solidarity. I’m in a rural red state. Cracks are emerging among the non-MAGA Trump voters. They may not say it loudly but it’s time to find them and fill the void. I’m so grateful for this BlueSky community.
