My therapist was so mean to me today! And by mean, I mean she was great and spot on. I just didn't want to hear anything she was saying 🫣😫🫠🙃

Why do people have such issues with their kids being uncomfortable? Why does your kid never need to experience uncomfort? What are you trying to accomplish?

This is why CRT is needed. Blaming people for. Their own oppression and asking why they aren't doing better when everytime they tried they were killed is diabolical.

I'm listening to a meditation course on how to build resilience in your children and increasing mindfulness. The first activity they mention is power poses / superman poses... Which immediately made me think of my wonder woman pose picture 😂
