This week is supposed to be a happy one. I'm turning another year older tomorrow. But how can I be happy, when six days later, it will be the one year of your passing? I miss you and all I want to do is cry about how unfair it is that you're gone.

Life has been a bit better lately. My seasonal depression has left, and I'm pretty sure that my actual depressive episode has somewhat left. But there are days where it still is a struggle. Just keeping it real.

Extremely good news: Condé Union has a deal!
It is absolutely ridiculous that bargaining took two years and that multiple rounds of layoffs were conducted before management conceded — and seemingly only conceded because union members planned to go on strike today before the Met Gala.

The past week has been good some ups, some downs, but overall it's been one of the better weeks. Maybe hitting the gym has been helping.

It's not medieval, but it's called the "book’s wheel", used to open 7 books at the same time and located in the first public library in the Americas in Mexico.
