On my 18th birthday I did a really cheesy hour long presentation of all the silly YouTube videos I made since I was 10. I fell out of love with filming but loved making stuff so much I wanted to be a “Jack of all trades” I’m not necessarily saying I regret it, I definitely gained a lot of skills 1/4

I liked the Dune when it came out but it seemed like the second I tried to make it any more aggressive than stock, it just stopped working, it’s like something about the new beetles body style just doesn’t work imo

I am literally only $60 in this so far, I probably may never have started on this if I hadn’t suddenly gotten a bunch of free wood and hardware and metal and paint back to back out of absolute nowhere

I have been planning on building a loft in my apartment since I moved in, I knew it was going to add nearly a whole room worth of extra square footage and it is finally sinking in:

I have wanted to make a suit for Lriga for so long but kept getting stuck on exactly how the scales get organized— this paper confirms and adds depth to some of my superficial observations and gives me some good methodology to artistically render more realistic scale patterns

Took my ford flex for service and it turns out that it’s not running right because 10k miles ago before I got it, someone botched the install of the timing chain. So now I get to pay for them to tear it down and do it over again. Yippee.

I spent so much more energy creating this ramp and parking on top of it than it would have been to just push my car backwards out of the parking spot at work.
(My other two cars both have engine problems and this one doesn’t have reverse gear FML)

My only regret is that I cooked too hard on my cars and no one will see me for the other creative endeavors I also enjoy. People (on the other app) only follow me for my cars :/

I think I’m just gonna try getting it drivable again. I like being able to impulsively work on my car though.
