My thought exactly. Apart from obvious concerns - as an overseas reader one detail which stands out is the genius of I M Pei's architecture. Colorado is fortunate to host another design masterpiece (by Walter Netsch). The USAF Academy Cadet Chapel.

Landing within walking distance of Surveyor was a spectacular achievement. No wonder that crew were selected to command Skylab. My recollection is the golf club incident on Apollo 14 ended future projects.

Is there any possibility you could coordinate with a Heli in transit from one of their hut resupply flights. It would be a small enough payload for them to accept and help support your project.
