Executive orders are not laws and would not kneecap anyone. It's more of a suggestion. Go ahead and enforce it, many states will simply laugh in his orange face. Make a law or STFU.

I first came across Myranda Kazos bc she was doing investigative reporting on Kristi Noem's complicated web of shifting $$. No one else was covering this. She felt the story was important and sent it to @propublica.org She thought they might work w/ her. Instead, she claims they took her work
