Poster for Technologies of Sovereignty in Indigenous North America Conference, a graduate student conference at Columbia University, February 28th 10am-6:30pm. The conference seeks to explore the meanings, significance, and iterations of sovereignty in North America. Poster for We Are the Union Book Launch at the People’s Forum. This event will be a discussion about how bottom-up workplace organizing can defeat Trumpism and the billionaires. Eric Blanc’s new book, We Are the Union, shows that recent struggles from Starbucks, to Amazon, to southern auto, have developed a new organizing model — worker-to-worker unionism — which builds scalable power by giving rank-and-filers an unprecedented degree of leadership.
