This was really bad . What the hell were they thinking ?? It really makes me wonder . There is no way it was an oversight just like there is no way Garland “ran out of time “ to prosecute Trump .
For 90 minutes, Democrats had the opportunity to call in Vice President Kamala Harris to act as a tie-breaking vote for the confirmation. Instead, Chuck Schumer and others delayed the vote for “no reason,” and allowed Manchin to return and tank the vote.
