Well, did you know that gluten-free Oreos are low FODMAP ? I have IBS and I can eat so many of these and never get any discomfort from them.

Store-bought salad dressings and vegetable dips all contain lactose, garlic, and onion, which are very high in FODMAP.

Here's a quick and easy recipe (and one that I make often) for a low FODMAP vegetable dip. It can also be used as a salad dressing.

If you are eating gluten-free to avoid the fructans in wheat, be very careful about the ingredients in what you buy. Many gluten-free foods contain pea protein or pea fiber in them, which are very high in FODMAPs and can make you sick.
