Raising the profile of climate change in US electoral politics. Focusing on climate policy and elections and where they intersect. Building the political will to confront climate change by mobilizing Climate Voters. https://climatevoters.wordpress.com
Clean energy will foil his plans of engineering climate catastrophe.

So let's make everyone pay more, today, for electricity to ensure future suffering from heat waves, flooding, storms and seal level rise. Sounds good to me.

By comparison, clean energy, like wind and solar, is quite economical. The prices are coming down more and more every day. And clean energy doesn't produce air pollution or worsen climate change, but Trump hates clean energy because it's cheap and clean.

Trump is using his new found power to increase coal emissions that worsen climate change. For Trump, coal is beautiful because it is so toxic and expensive. Coal is beautiful, because even though it is really expensive, it's the most efficient way to worsen climate change.

We all need to pay a lot more so we can have the benefit of making air pollution and climate change worse.

The whole world is moving away from coal, the coal industry is dying, but one man wants to save it. Trump.
November 14, 2025 at 10:42 PM
Beyond being really bad for our environment, coal is dead as an industry because it's so toxic and expensive. It's expensive to mine for coal, it's expensive to burn it and it's expensive to dispose of the waste. Who has to pay for all these costly toxins? Ratepayers and taxpayers.
November 14, 2025 at 10:42 PM
Trump's love of coal is one more example of why he's worse for the climate than oil and gas companies. If oil and gas companies had their way, the coal industry would cease to exist and that would be a great thing for everyone.
November 14, 2025 at 10:41 PM
Then you have coal combustion waste. Unlike oil and gas, burning coal leaves a toxic solid, coal combustion waste, that needs to be deposed of so it doesn't poison the water supply.
November 14, 2025 at 10:41 PM
To review, burning coal releases more carbon emissions than burning oil and twice the amount of burning natural gas. Beyond being the worst fuel for climate change, coal is the worst for air pollution. Burning coal emits more toxins in our atmosphere than either gas or oil.
November 14, 2025 at 10:40 PM
Even though wind and solar are historically cheap, Trump is now spending $625 million to prop up the coal industry, streamlining coal mining on public lands and delaying the closure of aging coal plants, while doing whatever he can to sabotage wind and solar.

What tech companies and utilities need to do is speak out against Trump's war on renewable energy. Despite the fact that renewable is right now the cheapest and quickest to deploy, Trump is sabotaging clean energy deployment resulting in higher costs and delays for everyone.

Trump is building an alliance with the world's dictators against the world's democracies. That's why Trump hates Western Europe and loves Putin, Orban and Bolsonaro. This is a global war against democracy and this is why Trump has declared war on the American People and called them the enemy within.
August 25, 2025 at 9:01 PM
We have the agency. This is our Democratic Party and this is our fight against Trump's authoritarian turn. There is no Trump resistance without the Democratic Party. We are the Democratic Partisans working together that will end the Trump Regime and this is our moment to rise up. Let's seize it!

Musk raised a lot of money from foundations and wealthy people concerned about climate change. Their investments have made him very rich. Musk is likely the world's greatest beneficiary of Woke Capitalism.

I know, for many, it's not hip or cool to be a partisan Democrat, but now, with democracy hanging in the balance, isn't the time to worry about style points. It's time for all of us to stuff our egos and become partisan democrats right now. If we don't, we're just surrendering to Trump.

What made this Trump Epstein bond such a lasting one? What does it mean when such as a vile character as Epstein describes Trump as lacking a moral compass?
August 20, 2025 at 9:28 PM
Or, how about "Hide Your Daughters: Trump and Epstein are on the prowl"?

Now that Trump seeks to rule over us like dictator, I want more details about this extremely tight and historically significant relationship.
August 20, 2025 at 9:28 PM
I was thinking of writing a film script depicting Epstein and Trump's adventures as they went out on the town in the 90s. I've come up with a few titles: "Trump and Epstein's Excellent Adventures," "Trump and Epstein: Pedophile Kings"
August 20, 2025 at 9:27 PM
We've all seen the photos and videos of them together obviously enjoying each other's company. Trump even invited Epstein to his wedding with Marla Maples and it was Epstein who introduced Trump to his current wife, Melania. The men were tight.
