I have Trigeminal and occipital neuralgia (15 years). The MVD was amazing but only lasted for so long. Botox helps my back pain that results from the facial pain. (Muscle tension).

My migraine/chronic pain journal echos this. I also have epilepsy that is is not a fan of pain. So I have had to sprinkle some seizures in there too. Fml

I have used both Epidiolex (for seizures) and cannabis for pain that can cause seizures
