Hope everyone enjoys the next 3 plays of the Monster Mash!!

We mix in ground beef and eat it at least once if not twice a month.

Daniel and I have also taken up dinosaur time and when I say we LIVE for it, I mean it.

Gonna hit ‘em with a little “Christmas Shoes” before bedtime to really lock in the vibe.

I’m currently terrorizing our neighborhood bar with Arrest The President, Chappell Roam and the Wicked Soundtrack from the comfort of my couch.

I also love grabbing a couple of jars of tikka or butter chicken simmer sauce and throwing in chickpeas and cauliflower and serving it over rice. The cauli adds a meatiness to it.

We just do very basic things here because of Dan’s pickiness BUT I spend a LOT of time drooling over Pinch of Yum’s vegetarian recipes.

I must know.

Here in solidarity. Daniel is tall but skinny enough that our last well child check included a blood glucose as an early screener for Type 1.

Not a constituent so I don’t pay super close attention but so much of his whole ✨thing✨reads very performative.

This reminds me of the time I decided to put myself through a paralegal certification recreationally so if you want me to talk you out of this I am not that girl.
