The skates came on time... I was anticipating them to be late, but what a pleasant surprise! I fell pretty much immediately (once!) but to my defense, I wasn't exactly on a level surface.

My mother said to me this evening after I expressed some joy about my future skating, that I would probably never be able to skate with the skill that Kurt Larson did or does...

Well, I'm set to prove her wrong! 🛼✨

In a matter of less than 3 days (probably), I will be receiving the roller skates I ordered from eBay! Very excited for this. I haven't been on roller skates since 2017, if I remember correctly... Now I'll have my own pair!
