1 can of coconut milk, 1 bottle of Thai red curry sauce, 1/2 cup soyaki, 2 table spoons minced garlic whisk well together and then layer 2-3 handfuls of spinach and then place frozen dumplings on top (refer to photo below). Cover with foil and bake on 400 for 35-40 mins 😊
