the internet is vast. every time you live through your meltdown again you re-encode it. but if you didn't then i'd have never heard about it and most people neither.
if it's something you want less eyes upon you could keep its discussion to your friends group.
good luck either way. Take some rest

i'm sad and disappointed. Never refunding this because that studio needs all the money it can get. ill try to push through a little. But I wanted to love this game so much and the fact that it's 90% fluff and the 10% of core game play (the rhythm!!!!!) is a total miss, it's huge letdown for me :(

the menus are incredible and arcade mode looks so tasty i want to drink it. But then I pick a song and start it up and it plays, like the rest of the game. I don't feel anything in my hands. The music freaks out and the track stays plain. Or i'm killing it and the music ain't following. disconnected

sometimes the characters do something in a cinematic and i feel like... i'd like to play that, please? the concert? the prison escape? the guitar playing? Instead most of my time I've spent walking from place to place and talking, to a background music with no flow. It's so long. Give me a beat!

the story probably makes sense but some scenes sound like they happen in a random order - like Clef's interrogatory happens out of the blue then a scene where she's with the group. and then later on they ask "where were you" well... she was right there? everything feels disconnected like that

ignoring every small polish issue like prompts being sometimes off screen or dialogues going over each other, small graphical issues etc, the CORE of that game seems like i should be beating to the music and i end up beating next to it instead. Perfect score S+. But no feels, not a single one.

Other times the track suddenly shifts rhythm or adds buncha notes or you get a. Big. Nothing. but the music that plays _in your ears_ doesn't really follow on any of that!
Contrary to hi-fi rush, guitar hero, gitaroo man, "playing music" in unbeatable feels disembodied. Youre not playing anything.

first and biggest issue. there is no correlation between what i hit (what i'm asked to hit) and what i hear. who am I / what part am I playing? am i dubbing the lyrics with my notes? the guitar? the drums? the beat? none, it feels random. Often the beat will ramp up and the track stays the same.
