The monthly savings on a 400k home is ~300USD. The total interest at current rates over 50 years is 800k+. Meaning you're now at 1.2mil for that house to save 300 bucks a month on a 2100/mo mortgage, instead of 400k in interest on a 30 year. So, its bad and not worth it

Could be bugged (probably) could be rigged to blow up (possibly) is a "thing of value" used as a bribe (definitely). We need to assign ONE BIG THING each to ~ 10 blocs of protesters/activists/opposition politicos that they can concentrate their efforts on to bring this clown down #whackamole
