Halfway through my challenge of running every day in November 15/30 ✔️ Today's pyramid run went to plan but my head is elsewhere. My youngest son has his first fight tonight 🥊 which he's trained really hard for. I want to be there to support but don't think I can watch him get hit ❤️ #running

Today would have been my Dad's birthday & I usually run long, but it's tipping down 🤷♀️ I'm pretty sure he wouldn't have wanted me out in that for hours. So today, I did my loopy 500ft+ run ⬆️⬇️🔁 He once rescued me & my sisters when we got stuck in deep mud, 6 red wellies 😳🤣 see you later, alligator ❤️

I have all my running medals 🏅 in one place now. It's only taken all afternoon 🙄😆 There's room for about 12 more 🤔 From a non-runner at the start of COVID to a half-marathoner 5 months later to my first Marathon during a monsoon 2 months after that. When I doubt myself I look at these 💪 #running 🏃♀️
