Lovely day / overnight trip near Jedburgh catching up with friends this weekend. Spent the evening chatting and watching the local wildlife on the 'wildlife cam'!

Busy few days at CARN conference in Malmö, Sweden sharing my PhD thinking (more tangled threads and knotty knots!), and work in progress focusing on critical moments and values in action research. A great city to explore and definitely on the 'go back' list! Now to crack on with the PhD! #phdlife

Today's plans for writing haven't been successful, so I've been productive in other ways - lasagne prepped for tomorrow's tea, big pan of chilli made and in freezer for during the week meals, and chicken cooked ready for tonight. I'm now off for a stompy walk!

Thanks for the tag @missjgm.bsky.social I love going for a good stompy walk, in any weather, but especially days like today when its cold and crisp. A good cup of tea, curling up with a book, and a natter with good friends also does wonders for my mental health.
