At Scottish Fair Trade we have signed this letter from @tradejusticemov.bsky.social expressing our concern regarding the lack of transparency and democratic oversight of negotiations towards a US-UK trade agreement.
“Everything is on the table” in a US-UK trade deal, but MPs still won’t get a vote.

In the @financialtimes.com, @thomaswills.bsky.social urges Starmer to commit to proper scrutiny.

Trade policy shouldn’t bypass democracy.
