Read this entertaining and short fiction on holiday. Themes of neurodiversity and “normality” - I enjoy writing that challenges cultural ideas about what a good life is, and Murata does this with humour & authenticity. Unfortunately the book fell into the pool - good even when read soggy.

Perspective taking involves examining our own lenses that shape our perception especially when cultural stories have often come from dominant cultures, which likely serve privilege and power. Questioning our need to KNOW is a part of this process. Being a learner (curious, don’t know mind) is key

Feeling very grateful and excited to have started my IFS Therapy Level 2 training today, focusing on couples and dyads. Even spent a bit of the day learning in the garden which was joyous 🌞
