This is the story. This is clearly, overwhelmingly a big fat social panic. I've looked at lots of these videos. Even to my pretty untrained eye these are mostly airplanes viewed by idiots. There are probably some drones too. They ARE an issue. But it's mainly a social/moral panic.

Remember, everyone who doesn't vote is voting for Trump. He's counting on low turnout, because the MAGAts will be there in force.
A vote is not a valentine, you aren't confessing your love for the candidate. It's a chess move for the world you want to live in. Time to remember the best voting advice I have heard - Voting isn't marriage, it's public transport. You are not waiting for "the one" who is absolutely perfect. You are getting the bus. And if there isn't one going exactly to your destination, you don't stay at home and sulk, you take the one going closest to where you want to be.
