Turns out my left leg is on wonky. This the reason for all my knee issues. They're saying I should get it straightend. Cut a wedge in the bone and then stick it together with a titanium plate.
3-4 weeks on crutches. 12 weeks recovery.
Still if I can run again, it's worth it.

Just seen the knee doctor here in Vienna. Cost me €250 but worth it.
Turns out I have a collapsed meniscus and will need a new knee in a few years without surgery.
Good news, he can fix it so I can run again. It’ll cost me a fortune though.
What chance the #NHS sorting it?

I love watching the dogs on their morning walks from my balcony. I have noticed that most people are fixed to their phones though. I am not saying I never did that, we all have to juggle things sometimes, but I miss that time I had with my boys.

So my app for learning Italian sys the English for "Cafe Latte" is, Latte" which means milk!
Do people really say that now when ordering? Everybody used to say it properly when I worked in catering. That was a while ago though.

True story...
About 20 years ago we were invited to Hawian themed fancy dress party. We thought it was an odd choice at the time but we made an effort regardless. Off we went, dressed in loud shirts and shorts etc, only to find it was actually a Halloween party.
