Alito says the court’s order wasn’t necessary. I’d ask under what circumstances would it be necessary? The court’s ruling to stop a runaway executive branch is an example of the very reason we even have a judicial branch.

Actually, RFK Jr is destroying lives (see measles outbreak 2025). Building a brand around pseudoscience treated as truth from a person who is as close to an expert on autism as we are close to the outer edge of the universe doesn’t solve anything or make the world a better place.
