When I started running, I didn't launch into a marathon training plan. I started with a 1-minute jog, then walked
Each week, I added 30 seconds
Now I can run for hours

But I started with just ONE minute

Start here: Pick ONE thing. Just one.

- Add 5 minutes of movement
- Drink one extra glass of water
- Go to bed 15 minutes earlier

Let it become automatic

Then add another

That is how to build new habits without overwhelm and without burning out
