Generally speaking I don’t care what presidents do to relax, or how often, but it’s maddening to see this Ozempic fail case out there on his personal links while slashing services from the people who pay for him to suck at golf.
NEW — Trump is back at his golf course adjacent to the county jail in West Palm Beach.

Of the seven weekends since returning to office, he has played golf at his Florida courses on six of them.

The cost to you: $18.2 million. And counting.

Not to quote-boast (heh, sorry), but if you find a writer's work you like right now & have a way to tell them, please tell them. Some of us are looking for reasons to get out bed right now.
I've really needed a boost lately, so I bought the audio version of @thehighsign.bsky.social's fabulous CAMERA MAN: BUSTER KEATON, THE DAWN OF CINEMA, AND THE INVENTION OF THE 20TH CENTURY, and it is both delightfully entertaining and mind-bogglingly creative and well-written. A balm!

Dreamed last night I was in charge of a sink at work and I was scrambling to juggle my desk responsibilities with keeping people from upending old flower vases into the drain. Lost the battle.

I want to salute the Governor of Maine Janet Mills who, in that room with a raging Trump and silent complicitors, stood her ground and said, “see you in court!”

Maine residents, show your support for your Gov for standing up for your independence.
“We are the federal law.”
TRUMP: The NCAA has complied immediately. That's good. But I understand Maine -- is the governor of Maine here?

JANET MILLS: Yeah I'm here

TRUMP: Are you not gonna comply?

JM: I'm going to comply with state and federal law

T: You better do it bc you're not gonna get any federal funding at all
