I can't imagine having a spectacle such as Ghost right in front of your nose, and just staring at it through a 6 inch screen instead. The moment is RIGHT THERE. Live it. So many people missed the moral and message of Rite Here Rite Now, and it shows.

I support no phones 💯. It makes the experience better for us, and for the artist, as everyone gets to FULLY engage on a human level. Maybe I'm just getting old and grumpy in my entire 38 years of life, but damn, these people who are dedicated slaves to their phone boggle me. They really do.

Same. And I'm a Brit. And grew up when they were about originally. Never ever liked them. 🫠

The UK ones can't fly I dont think though. The US ones do I believe. I personally call the flying ones fireflies, and the groundbound ones we get here, glow worms. But different regions have different ways of saying things, and that's a really cool part of etymology and language to me! 😁

Ah yes, I do remember those. Were popular when I was knee-high to a grasshopper.

Here in the UK we mostly seem to refer to them as Fireflies, but we don't actually have them here.

However, we do have Glow Worms, which do a similar thing, but they are beetles rather than flies (yes, 'worm' is a misnomer!).

I'm literally finally at a point where I can build my life, I have the trauma in a good place. I am about to embark on an actual career helping kids who went through similar shit to me. I cannot afford for this to wriggle it's way into my life again after a decade of no contact. I won't let it.
