Well, in this week's canvassing in the area I represent, I've found the nephew of someone I went to school with, and the daughter-in-law of the dentist I was registered with, as a child in Jersey. Amazing who you meet, even on a cold, blustery, and drizzly afternoon.

Out in Northstowe this morning with the lovely Lib Dem team, talking with residents about the issues that matter to them. Stagecoach's price increase, caused by moving Longstanton/Northstowe out of the Town Zone, has caused confusion for passengers with valid flexi tickets bought before the change.

Very pleased to join Cllr Andrew Wood on the campaign trail today. He's not long been elected to Cambridgeshire County Council, but he's making his mark as county councillor for Yaxley and Farcet and I very much hope he'll be re-elected on 1 May.

Out in Milton today with Cllr Anna Bradnam, Charlotte Cane MP, and the Lib Dem team. Lots of positive recognition for Anna and the hard work she does for the Waterbeach division. Anna has a strong commitment to her community and is the best option for residents in the elections on 1 May.
