Not just the Charter (Sections 2 and 7-15), but also bypassing the Alberta Bill of Rights that was amended with great fanfare last fall by the Smith government. Plus the Alberta Human Rights Act.

Lougheed spelled out exactly what he believed needed to be fixed with the notwithstanding clause...

- A legislative body with a super majority
- The courts review before being invoked.
- No "form" overrides.

Smith's use is a violation of the first 2.
