When I launched my indie game back in 2019, we didn't write paragraphs of text, but we did make sure everyone got credited for everything they did. We listed each person alphabetically and formatted them as "Name of Person" + Everything they did for the project.

Right now, at the end of my street, a few feet from my car. Deer in my neighborhood are very unconcerned about being around humans. This neighbor has a crabapple tree that the deer love; they're always there. (sometimes bears too)

Here's a little something to brighten up whatever you have going on right now.

@ryannorth.ca My 9yo "must always have her tablet" daughter brought a change of pace with her to dinner.

She said, "I need to get through all the endings!"

Took my daughter to see the Limited KPop Demon Hunters showing in the theater (she's seen it dozens of times at home). The theater was packed.

Something you didn't know you needed on your timeline:

Pet turkeys walking on leash

They walked with our community for our little annual Independence Day parade.

Getting it back onto a flower.

Before I was a game dev, I was a zoologist. So, it's not uncommon for me to help out critters I find. This is a fuzzy-horned bumble bee. I found it on my porch, lying on its back; it had some spider webs on it. I pulled the webbing off and got it back on a flower.

I don't know if this is a chicken nugget or filet-o-fish, but this squirrel isn't a vegetarian.

That's not fair! I watched more than that before streaming services and DVDs existed.

To offset my humor, here's my bird, Hapi.

She knows she's a dinosaur.

Here's an example of why Oxford Commas are important. I was initially very confused by this headline.

Now, 3 years and some change later, the little sprout that averted disaster twice has grown through that hard time and is on its way to becoming a tree.

Today, our leaves may be damaged, but we fight, each in our own way, to keep going. Whatever the battle, you'll get through this.

Convo between husband & me as we drove through our neighborhood:

Me: They're going really fast.

Him: Guys in the red hats are gonna get them.

M: Red caps? Goblins?

H: Little guys w/ the flags.

M: Oh! Yep, red caps.

H: They come to life & bite your tires.

(Lots in our neighborhood)

Six of my coworkers got together & named themselves Multiple Girl with variations of Is and Ls. Some had teleportation abilities or the ability to pull people to them (they could appear/disappear)

They had the entire server convinced that they actually had the power to multiply their character(s).

I'm devastated... by the passing of a crab.

I don't know you followed Howie the Crab, but she passed away two days ago. She was 9.5yrs old, walked on a leash, had the most magnificent hat collection, & had a huge following (Howie fan made the Steve Irwin picture)
