To summarize, this weekend in CA, the military fired weapons over a frwy claiming it was safe. Luckily CHP didn’t listen & closed the frwy anyway. Shrapnel did fall on CHP vehicles part of the Vice President’s security detail near frwy on-ramps. Trump administration proved it’s stupidity yet again!

I used to get so annoyed when people watched things on their cell phones in public without headphones. Now I immediately start watching things on my cell phone without headphones too but on a higher volume than them & it always gets them to stop immediately. Why didn’t I start doing this sooner?

Am I the only one who thought Natalia’s cake in episode 1 of Great British Bake Off was underwhelming? I can get that at the grocery store bakery. It was a plain chocolate sheet cake with whipped cream & cherry filling. Oh come off it! If she wasn’t Ukrainian she wouldn’t have gotten Star baker.

Let’s review what’s going on in CA. A Federal court issued restraining orders prohibiting a Federal agency (ICE) from conducting immigration raids, but raids haven’t stopped because the system is flawed & doesn’t have an enforceable way to make them truly stop or comply.The whole system is a farce.

Let’s review what’s going on in CA. A Federal court issued restraining orders prohibiting a Federal agency (ICE) from conducting immigration raids, but raids haven’t stopped because the system is flawed & doesn’t have an enforceable way to make them truly stop or comply.The whole system is a farce.

What a creative & resourceful way to keep costs down and help those who lost homes in the Altadena fire while also saving historic homes. We don’t always have to start from scratch. Love this!

One thing I really dislike about summer is the long waits for books on the Libby app. To not get annoyed, I tell myself it’s all the teachers who are off work and have time to read again which makes me happy for them.

Why are Trump & Vance obsessed with California? Trump could be doing immigration crackdowns in Texas with their national guard. Vance could have gone to Disney in Florida. They’re baiting Newsom & it’s working. He’s been busy trolling Trump instead of governing CA. Can we stop electing petty men?
