starting to realise i really love game development and the only thing holding me back was learning a new dev framework.
hopefully i will NEVER have to learn one again & locking in on unity w/ scraps of GML knowledge is enough

tackled this in unity got it working, was a LOT of work/fumbling around with NAudio & system permissions but i'm amazed more developers haven't considered this at least
you mean every pc game could have done that at any point during the last two decades and they just... didn't???

turns out i would rather type 100 pages of mechanics, ui/level design stuff and lore instead of programming a single thing
