With #HalfLife2 celebrating its 20th anniversary, I went and dug into my old storage because I remembered that I still had these. Back in the bad old days when computers only had CD drives, 1.5 GHz single core processors and 56k internet connections.

Me as a kid watching Beast Wars: Cool show! But why are the Maximals named that? The Predacons I get, it's a play on "predator," but Maximals are a cross between "maximum" and something.

Dug this up while looking for inspiration for a custom project. My brother built this back in the late 90's, when we knew absolutely nothing about the hobby except to assemble the cool robot. Amazing how shoddy these things look compared to the marvels of engineering we have today.

Completed my first fully painted #gunpla today! 1/144 HG Gundam Bael from Iron-Blooded Orphans, gloss painted and no stickers applied. First time with an airbrush, and made plenty of mistakes during the build, but I had a blast and hopefully my next kit looks even better!
