The Senate GOP actually has a handful of folks who don't talk: Marsha Blackburn, Tim Scott, Cindy Hyde-Smith, Todd Young (unless you are talking about ships). Roger Wicker depending on the day. John Curtis only does sitdowns. Mike Lee NEVER speaks in the hall.
