I just realized that I stupidly reposted my Syphon Filter blogs for a second time #blutoid

This was the last dish I made in Ramadan: chicken fajitas with all of the additions (rice, beans, guacamole, tomato salad). It turned out great, especially the beans.

This is my second attempt at making the famous Moroccan Harira soup and it turned out great. A little too ginger-forward, but the texture and taste turned out great.

Not the most attractive-looking soup, but it has a lot of soul.

It’s been some time since I posted, but here is my take on the classic Beef Stroganoff. While the sauce turned out great, the meat was too tough. I guess I couldn’t get away with a lower grade of meat.

Did you know that Swedish meatballs were inspired by Turkish cuisine? How’s that for cultural synergy!

This is my take on the classic dish. The jam turned out divine (not pictured here)

There is truly nothing as satisfying as a brilliant acidic roasted tomato and garlic soup accompanied by a hearty Welsh rarebit. This is another successful attempt at the now yearly combo

I tried making a "non-alcoholic” beef Burgandy for the first time this Ramadan. It turned out great. Honey, the sauce didn’t reduce enough into a glaze and it remained runny. Any tips on how to fix that beyond more time cooking?

This is my take at vegetable canapés. Fried eggplant, potatoes, and sweet corn mixed in a dill-baced sauce. The peaches give it a nice twist.

First borscht batch of the month. It turned out great. Deep beefy flavor and a lot of earthy goodness to go along with.
