Fool. Starmer doesn’t arrest anyone.

Police make the arrests based on the laws passed by Parliament. I can’t see loads of pro Palestinian or climate change demonstrators being arrested, so your comment is baseless and driven by an ideological dislike of Starmer and current Labour positions.

If they are non executive, why would you need to. Continuity has a lot to offer. Something our existing politics fails to give. But our HoS does.

Interesting, rail nationalisation has had a majority support in the country for some years, if you take out political polarisation and the party politics.

I’d also love to see the party whip system banned and all the other political one upmanship games.

There are, and so many of them are jealous of our arrangement.

Lazy!

Not at all. Frankly I don’t want a political head of state. Be they non executive or not.

Republicans always seem to think they have the intellectual edge over us Monarchists. Now if that isn’t lazy and condescending, I don’t know what is!

Nadine Dorries the new Anne Widdercome.

Both mad as a box of frogs.

Owen, you do love to be a junk yard dog where Starmer is concerned.

Sadly, here there is no black and white, just lots of grey shades which your cleaver, cleaver combative style fails to handle effectively.

The government has said they would act on the ICC arrest warrants so there’s no debate.

PR would mean a different kind of politics. Gone the bipartisan games and rhetoric.

Now the politics of consensus and compromise would have to take the lead.

Coalition government of the moderates. No more extremes.

Republicans, be careful what you wish for. The US has just managed to elect Trump as their head of state, just think who we might get saddled with.

Constitutional monarchy looks much healthier when compared with Trump or perhaps Farage.
