Congrats on the newfound knowledge! I'm autistic but I keep wondering what it is that makes me relate to AuDHD content even more even though I can't possibly have ADHD.

Oh, we've had a couple of episodes of this show here in Poland but they are only aired around festivals like Easter or Xmas. The show is called Autentyczni, which translates to Authentic (people). So yeah, the no filter stereotype is what the show celebrates, as you pointed out.
