They'd probably do the latter, yeah, just because that's how they think. But my premise was that blue voters, seeing that hyper aggressive ICE people may be down at the high school, may be discouraged from going down to the high school. But perhaps not, people are pretty pissed already...

And get plenty of media cameras on the areas you are covering. And have Trump make an announcement the day before that he's having ICE patrol all the districts (even though they won't be) and that he's told the agents to aggressively challenge anyone who looks like they don't belong.

How "at the margins" is it if Trump very noisily deploys maximally armed ICE agents to patrol polling places in heavily Democratic areas on election Day? And gets major news to cover it and make some of his patented claims that people better watch out...
