Pensioner, artist, antique collector, gamer, Green Party. UK needs a proportional voting system before the next general election. It may give Reform the largest number of seats of any UK party, but it won't give them the overall majority that FPTP will.
I did, and it made for a depressing read. But I do think it's pretty accurate. Unless Labour introduces PR, or the left agrees to an alliance, we're looking at a far right government in three years time. And I don't think either of those possibilities appeal to Labour Central.

The worst of it is that Reform and the Tories *will*, ultimately, come to some pragmatic, formal or unspoken arrangement; but the masters of hubris, Labour, will not do anything similar with the Libdems and the Greens.

Maybe they can't find enough raw tacky to manufacture them.

The antique trade is a useful ad hoc measure of a growing middle class. Chinese antiques have hugely increased in value in the last couple of decades, as Chinese consumers buy back a cultural heritage looted by the West. We're starting to see a similar trend with Indian antiques and antiquities.

"This will be a budget for you and your family." That's the acid test. The only way back for Labour is if external, impartial budgetary analysis demonstrates that the average family, from grandparents like me, through my children to my grandchildren, is better off after the budget is implemented.

It does no harm that the Rev. Black is very photogenic, too!

Gosh, you are an angry little man, aren't you?

Incidentally, when you start, 'What we're saying...', it implies that there are more than one of you. Are you a collective?
