Love this subtle animation from this demo (youtu.be/4SErIMflSLQ?...) of Material 3 Expressive. It's better implemented than the current one on iOS 18.5 because the motion signals a greater sense of friction on a destructive operation. Still prefer the stacked apps design on iOS though.

Also, allowing people to indicate the language of each toot is much better than unreliable language detections for tweets.

The new iPhone camera interface reminds me of some camera apps that have no obvious indication of whether or not the picture behind the semi-opaque overlay will be part of the final photo or video. The zoom control with the same overlay doesn't help either.
